European postage

All purchases that require shipping with in Europe are sent by Royal mail Airmail. Items can take upto one-two weeks to arrive once sent. There are two shipping options for European customers.
The first is with out signed for delivery & the second is with signed for delivery.
We strongly recommend that you opt for the signed for delivery option. For an extra few pounds your items will be covered by insurance & guarenteed to reach you. If you choose to opt out of the recorded delivery option items lost in the post are not our responsability. We do ask for proof of postage but claming against lost items can take upto 4 months for a refund. Opt for this option at your own risk.

Returns & excanges

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason your not, you can exchange your item for another of the same value. The returned item must be clean, unused, with the tags still attached. You must email me with in 7 days of reciving your order to let me know your exchanging it & return it with in 14 days of it being posted. You will be charged postage on the return of your exchanged item.
Sorry no cash refunds - all sales are final

Bag & clothing care

All items are made from recycled or vintage fabric. Due to them being one of a kind items it is impossible to carry out tests to find the best washing method for each item. We would advise customers to hand-wash products in warm soapy water or with eco-friendly detergant. We do not recommend dry cleaning as this prosess uses chemicals that harm the enviroment.
Although our products are stiched to perfection & made to be durable, some of the fabircs used are delecate & some slight wear may be evident on some pieces so a little bit of TLC is asked for when using or wearing one of our unique products with a unique history.

Wholesale

Our products are available for wholesale customers. We are happy to supply small, large or overseas orders. Please email us regarding Wholesale purchases, or alternatively, check out our Store and Product sections for our current range

Privacy

We do not have access to your credit card information as Paypal processes your card detail's so we never see it. I will not share your personal information with any one
